वर्ष २०१७ केँ मैथिली फिल्म लेल क्रान्तिक वर्ष सिद्ध करबाक लेल आरम्भिक दौड़ मे किछु महत्वपूर्ण सवाल पर आम राय केर संकलन आवश्यक अछि। ताहि लेल मैथिली जिन्दाबाद मार्फत अपने पाठक व विज्ञजन सभक राय समेटबाक लेल ई सर्वेक्षण राखल जा रहल अछि। पढला उपरान्त अपन विचार राखी से अनुरोध अछि।
भूमिकाः
भारत आ नेपाल दुनू भागक मिथिला मे मनोरंजनक एकटा विलक्षण साधन अछि ‘मैथिली फिल्म’। ओना त ५० वर्ष सँ बेसी अबधि धरि एहि पर काज होएत आयल अछि, परन्तु गोल्डेन डेज – स्वर्णिम समय एखनहु एबा लेल बाकिये देखि एकर सामर्थ्य केँ नकारल नहि जा सकैत अछि। संभावनाक प्रचूरता रहितो चुनौती कम नहि छैक। हलाँकि मैथिली फिल्म केर चुम्बकीय आकर्षण एतेक अधिक छैक जे लगानीकर्ता बेर-बेर हारलाक बादो फेर-फेर लगानी करय लेल आगू एबा सँ चूकैत नहि छथि। तखन मात्र आ मात्र चुनौती केँ कम करबाक लेल गहन चिन्तन सँ समाधान निकलबाक संभावना देखल जा रहल अछि।
२०१७ मैथिली फिल्मक क्रान्ति वर्षः सर्वेक्षण
विश्व भरि मे संगठन बनाकय संघर्ष केँ शक्तिशाली बनायल जाएछ, तखन मैथिली फिल्मक संगठन सशक्त कियैक नहि? – सवाल नंबर १
मैथिली फिल्म मे सेहो एकटा न्युनतम् मापदंड होयब आवश्यक – यानि कलाकार लेल पारिश्रमिक आ भत्ताक एकटा न्युनतम् सीमा जरुर हो, पटकथा लेखन, गीतकार, संगीतकार आ विभिन्न भूमिका मे अपन योगदान देनिहारक नाम यदि फिल्म मे उचित ढंग सँ नहि राखल जाय तऽ ओहेन अनुचित-अन्यायपूर्ण व्यवहार केर समाधान लेल सेहो मैथिली फिल्म उद्योग संगठन द्वारा उचित समाधान निकालल जा सकैत अछि।
सेंसर केर काज सेहो बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होएत छैक फिल्म मे। संगठन यदि सशक्त बनत तऽ सेंसर सँ उचित मापदंडपर काज लेल जा सकैत छैक। सब सँ पैघ समस्या पूँजी निवेशक देखल जा रहल अछि, एहि समस्या पर सेहो सामूहिक आवाज बुलंद केला सँ न्युनतम ब्याज भुगतान पर बैंक सँ ऋण उपलब्ध करेबा मे संगठन मात्र विकल्प देखा रहल अछि। निर्माताक अभाव – पूँजी निवेशक समस्या केर समाधान फिल्म उद्योगी स्वयं पूरा कय सकैत अछि।
संगठन आरो हितकारी सरोकार पर नजरि राखि सकैत अछि। हम एहि सम्बन्ध मे बहुत जानकार लोक नहि छी। लेकिन वर्ष २०१७ मे एहि विषय पर अभियान संचालन लेल संकल्पित छी। किछु विशेषज्ञ केँ एहि पोस्ट मे टैग कय रहल छी, कृपया अपन विचार सँ उपरोक्त विषय पर प्रकाश दी।

I had seen a movie Benares with great dialog and philosophical plot. Viewers might expect newer tunes for music for Maithili songs. The story work can be equally demanding in putting elements of culture and philosophy. Foremost, Bengali movies can lend a lot of ideas on rustic rural settings used in them while keeping a strong story connected. Maithil Bhoj, krishi kaarya, Chhathi, village Keertan can all be part of it. HaaT Bazar form part of our life, aangan Darbazza sceneries were successfully used in Umrao Jaan. No need to keep the hero in Paag and Mirjjai in the whole movie. It can be a nice opportunity to show how jaativaad Does not have to ruin Mithila. Mandan & Vaachaspati ideas do not deserve alienation but their use should come in short episodes. Kumaril Bhatt studied in Varanasi and Taxshila both and there is a beautiful story tagged to that. The young Kumaril is taken to join Varanasi school and he studied both Vedic Nyaay and Buddhistic schools of thoughts, but returned to Mithila to set up 3 schools ( see The record from Parmeshwar Jha, Mithila Tattva Vimarsh) and later took a deadly step to block his Buddhist teachers from entering Mithila. Yes, Paan, Makhaan, Maanchh can be put in through some curious settings to magnify them. Drops of water placed on Purain paat – rolling around without wetting the leaf- padmapatra ivaam….., I am listing as a philosophical idea example. Ayaachi Mishra’s son in Maharaaji, Darbhanga creating a verse : Baaloham Jagdanand..etc. will allow showing those magnificent palaces of the past in a solid context. Love stories of Mandan and Bhaarti in Kumaril’s school purportedly did happen and not a bad clip to add. Maithili not only moved to Dwarka, Devghar, Neelgirir, Goa ( Mangareesh statue of Shiva in Goa,s famous temple came from Monghyr with Saaraswat Brahmins ), but other states of India as Rajjyotish. Bhojpur has undergone catapults parallel to Mithila but film producers have taken advantage of a hybrid style to attract Hindi viewers. So, Bengali and Bhojpuri films can provide useful brackets to frame Mithila innings cultural composition. A Maithil boy or a girl can come from Calcutta and adjust to Maithil culture using some story elements of Harimohan Babu. I have loudly thought about these while being aware that you are yourself aware of most of these and may not find anything new. But my likes and dislikes here are personal and I might not have said the last words at all. Thanks.
अपनेक विचार बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होएत रहल अछि। सहमति-असहमति-विमति आदि स्वस्थ समाजक निशानी होएत छैक। परञ्च जतय सँ जे नीक दृष्टि भेटत ओ ग्रहण करबाके चाही। मिथिला केर पुनर्निर्माण मे फिल्म व संचार केर क्षेत्र मे विकास आवश्यक अछि। एहि लेल तिनू स्तर पर राज्य, केन्द्र व स्वयंसेवा-स्वसंरक्षण पर ध्यान देबाक जरुरत अछि अपना समाज मे। आशा करैत छी जे हम सब परिकल्पना केर संग-संग संभावना आ संभावित समुचित डेग पर सदैव प्रकाश देल करी।

Thanks PNC Jee for showing me an able guidance of Respected Mani Jee. And accordingly, I have also gone through the remarks & suggestions of our valued friends on this running subject i.e Success of Maithili Cinema – When & How?
In order to explore above, I think, we should understand our carelessness towards unlimited opportunities.
1) Approx. 6-corers people residing in Mithila – Very big market but unable to convert into business.
2) Hindi & Bhojpuri films are earning from us, rather dominating.
3) Maithili is isolated in Mithila by Maithils.
4) This is the similar situation prevailing in Maithili newspaper and Patrika.
5) Couldn’t establish Mithila as Brand. Mithila’s identity is in crisis.
Now-How to overcome?
1) It can only be possible by phase wise.
2) Money speaks; Success speaks, and also, idea rules.
3) Phase-1 : Experiment the concept : Maithili dubbed film should be released – Create a habit in mind of Maithil speaking people. They will start watching….first outside Mithila…..then in Mithila region.
4) We will call Hindi artist to promote their films in Mithila. We will request them to watch Maithili dubbed film ( Hindi version).
5) We have good film professionals, but unable to survive.
Why to see Maithil films ? Such question will not arise if we could be able to serve the need of viewers. Demand & Supply theory will support.
Now, very interesting case study before us:
Mithila Makhan” film- National Award winner 2016: National Jury has approved the quality of Film, before the viewer’s opinion. This means, our directors, producers, artists have the distinct merits. Our professionals are very good.
But ….Gap analysis between Audience vs Film professionals – will be the order of the day. We must do this to achieve our collective goals.
General Public has not seen the film. They may watch, they may not watch as because taste of Maithili Film is not acceptable much. NOW, WHAT NEXT ?
Create the taste, Build-up the brand, Maithili film industry will be recognized.
Just think back, SO FAR how many Super Hit Films are to be considered in Maithili. I think, this will be an extra-ordinary less.
Considering these situations, I feel, people will not watch Maithili film much if such satisfaction levels are not achieved.
Maithili Film-2017 as year of revolution, must be observed with ideas and vibrations.
